🏡 All our products are hand-made upon order with Deliveries & Self Pick-up available.

Most our products are to be pre-ordered at least 1-2 weeks in advance. However, some dates may be booked out way ahead of time and are subject to our date availability. Once we reach capacity we will not be able to take more orders.

Earlier pre-orders are always encouraged to avoid disappointment especially for customized cakes & desserts (preferable 2-3 weeks ahead).

1. Hoppers Crossing – where we are based.
(Mon-Sat* pick up; with at least 7-day advance order & subject to availability).
– For any requests less than 7-days, please contact us HERE, mentioning items that you’re after & we’ll see how we can fit you in (no guarantees).

2. Doncaster – Colonial Cafe (Westfield Doncaster)
(Fri/Sat/Sun* pick up; with at least 7-day advance order & subject to availability)

Please note that there’s a small $2.50 pickup fee to cover delivery, handling, storage & commission costs at this partner location.

3. Bayswater – Taiwanese Pop Chicken
(Fri/Sat* pick up; with at least 7-day advance order & subject to availability)

Once pickup slots are fully booked for a particular date, we will not able able to accommodate more orders for the said date. Pickup locations & pickup times are shown & selected during checkout, customers are free to collect orders within the pickup time window provided at their own convenience.

1. Deliveries for Eastern Suburbs on Fridays*
(from $15 fee incl. GST for orders $40 & above)
Delivery charges will apply for non-Fridays based on distance, as well as those located out of delivery area listed below.

2. Deliveries for Western/Northern/CBD areas on Saturdays*
(from $15 fee incl. GST for orders $40 & above)
Delivery charges will apply for non-Saturdays based on distance, as well as those located out of delivery area listed below.

3. For other custom orders, out of delivery area deliveries or other specific delivery dates that you have in mind, please get in touch with us to confirm availability & pricing before order. Delivery charges will apply based on distance.

🎉 Occasionally, we may have additional Delivery days for special occasions such as Valentines Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Mid-Autumn Festival & Christmas. This will normally be announced on our homepage and our Facebook & Instagram pages.

 

NOTE: Deliveries dates & times are available for selection during checkout with a specific time window provided. We are unable to specify an exact time for delivery as all our delivery partners follow a specific route to deliver orders within the time window provided. It is the responsibility of the buyer/recipient to be available to receive the order during this time window, otherwise please provide us drop off instructions for your order to ensure safe delivery of your order. If you are in a high rise apartment, we can only deliver to the entrance/reception of the building (if there’s access to the building). Kindly ensure that recipient details & delivery address (incl. Unit No.) are provided accurately.
