  • MYConnections is designed for Malaysians and people with Malaysian heritage living in Australia, as well as their friends and family.
  • You must register with correct and up-to-date information.

2. Your Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login information safe. Do not share your password with anyone.
  • If you think someone is using your account without permission, let us know immediately.
  • You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

3. Using MYConnections

  • You can create business listings, attend events, connect with other members, and search for services or jobs.
  • You agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose – to connect with the community and share business, career, and helpful information.
  • Do not post anything false, offensive, or illegal.
  • Respect others in the community. No bullying, harassment, or discrimination is allowed.

4. Content You Post

  • You are responsible for any content you post, such as business listings, comments, or event announcements.
  • Do not post content that:
    • Is misleading or false.
    • Contains hate speech or threats.
    • Violates any laws or the rights of others.
  • By posting content, you give us permission to use, display, or share it on the platform.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Post spam or advertise things that have nothing to do with MYConnections‘ goals.
  • Engage in any illegal activity.
  • Copy or steal content from the platform without permission.
  • Hack or attempt to damage the platform or its services.

6. Business Listings and Jobs

  • If you post a business listing or job opportunity, you must provide accurate information about your business or job.
  • Do not post fake jobs or mislead people about job opportunities.
  • MYConnections is not responsible for job offer issues or business deals between members.

7. Reviews

  • Members can leave reviews for businesses or services on MYConnections.
  • Reviews should be honest and respectful.
  • Do not post fake reviews or manipulate the review system.

8. Privacy

  • Share or post only information you’re comfortable making public. If unsure, leave out anything sensitive, private or personal. The less the better.
  • We take your privacy seriously and will not share your personal information with anyone without your permission.
  • However, your business listings and other posts will be visible to all members.

9. Payments and Fees

  • Some features of MYConnections may require payment (e.g., premium memberships and advertising). All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Make sure to follow the payment instructions when purchasing any paid features.

10. Termination of Your Account

  • We can suspend or delete your account without warning if you do not follow these rules.
  • You can close your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make any changes, we will notify you on the platform.
  • By continuing to use the platform after changes are made, you agree to the new terms.

  • We do our best to keep MYConnections running smoothly, but we cannot promise that it will always work perfectly.
  • We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or issues arising from using MYConnections.
